We use your details solely to manage your registration — including issuing your entry pass and sending event-related updates. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the event you registered for.

Who we share it with

Your data passes through the following services:

• Meta (WhatsApp) — if you register via WhatsApp, your messages pass through Meta's infrastructure
• Google — registration details are stored in Google Sheets, managed by Edmen Talk

We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We retain your registration details until you ask us to delete them. To request deletion, email contact@edmentalk.com and we will remove your record promptly.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
